This page explains how payments work when you shop with Bagvero.
1. Payment methods
The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Availability can depend on your device, location and card issuer.
2. Currency
All prices are listed and charged in US dollars (USD).
3. When you are charged
Payment is taken when you place your order. Your order is confirmed once the payment has been approved.
4. Payment security
Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We do not see or store your full card number. Only enter payment details on the checkout page of bagvero.store, never by email, phone or social media.
5. Declined payments
A payment can be declined for reasons such as incorrect card details, insufficient funds or a security check by your bank. If this happens, check your details, try another payment method or contact your card issuer.
6. Order confirmation
After a successful payment, you receive an order confirmation email. Please check it and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.
7. Taxes and shipping
Shipping is free. Any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
8. Duplicate or unexpected charges
A pending authorisation can sometimes look like a second charge and usually disappears within a few business days. If you still see a duplicate charge, email us with your order number. Never send your full card number, security code or PIN.
9. Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method under our Return and Refund Policy and are processed within 10 days of approval.
