Our range is made up of three collections:
- Shoulder bags – bucket-style bags with long shoulder straps and an open main compartment, in ivory, saddle brown, mustard and navy.
- Tote bags – open totes with a roomy main compartment, in black, cognac and maroon. Several have a large front pocket for a phone or keys.
- Crossbody bags – compact bags with a 42 in strap and an inside pocket, in yellow, pink, navy blue and grey.

How we list our products
- Each product page shows the bag from several angles, so you can see its shape, straps and pockets.
- We list the colour of every bag and, where available, its length, height, depth and strap length.
- Every product has its own reference number (SKU), shown on the product page and in your order confirmation.
- Colours can look slightly different on different screens. If you are unsure about a colour or size, email us before you order.
Ordering
- All prices are in US dollars (USD).
- The available payment methods are shown at checkout, and payment is taken when you place your order.
- You receive an order confirmation email straight after your order is placed.
- Any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Shipping
- Free shipping on every order, with no minimum order value.
- We ship to addresses in the United States only.
- Handling time is 2–3 business days and transit time is 4–7 business days, so most orders arrive within 6–10 business days.
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day start processing the same day.
- You receive a tracking number by email when your order ships, and you can check your order on our Track Your Order page.

Returns and refunds
- You can return an unused item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.
- Refunds are processed within 10 days after we receive and inspect the return, to your original payment method.
- We do not offer exchanges. To get a different bag or colour, return the original item and place a new order.
- If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery and we will provide a prepaid return label.
